The breathtaking live performance invites you on a journey through the oceans, accompanied by the dreamlike sounds of artist Joshua Sam Miller. With his extraordinary sound installation, he and his team have been promoting mental, emotional and physical wellbeing around the world and are now making a stop in Dortmund. For every ticket to 'Sounds of the Ocean', 1 kg of plastic that would otherwise end up in the sea will be fished out of rivers in cooperation with Plastic Fischer – together

Sounds of the Ocean – Joshua Sam Miller

Joshua leads the Sounds of the Ocean team as a conscious entrepreneur, sound and visual artist, music producer and marine conservationist. His mission is to reduce the stress in people's lives by reconnecting them to nature through sound.  He grew up playing clarinet, but always wanted to play drums. Now he does both, mixing ambient percussion with melodies to transport listeners into a state of deep calm. Joshua combines his passion for music with visual storytelling in immersive art and has presented his work at music festivals, conferences, retreat centres and wellness events in Australia, Bali, North and Central America, the Middle East and throughout Europe.
