Opening times

- Please make sure that you arrive 15 min in advance. Last entrance 1hr before closure.
- The book and gift shop is open during the Phoenix's opening hours.
- Our bistro closes 30 minutes after the end of the last performance.
- The duration of the exhibitions varies between 45 and 60 minutes depending on the program
- Guests with a ticket can stay until we close or change the program
- The exhibition remains closed on all silent holidays (Good Friday, All Saints Day, Remembrance Day, Sunday of the Dead).
- Phoenix des Lumières is open during regular hours on Carnival days
