About STRALA Yoga

Strala Yoga offers a framework for practising and experiencing yogic flow, movement and meditation in a variety of ways. The practice utilises the basic principles of yoga, tai chi and natural movement. It expands the experiential space for softness, lightness and acceptance on a physical and mental level. Slow and gentle but also energising movements in a flow connected with breathing characterise this practice.
