Is there a parking lot at Phoenix des Lumières?
In the immediate vicinity of Phoenix West, there are several public and third-party parking options. The parking lots on Konrad-Zuse-Straße and the parking garage at Phoenixplatz do not belong to Phoenix des Lumières, but our guests can use them for a fee. For free parking, we recommend using the public parking areas on the surrounding streets.
Where can I park?
In the immediate vicinity of Phoenix West, there are various public and third-party parking options. These parking areas are also accessible by motorhome/campervan.
For free parking, we recommend using the public parking areas on the surrounding streets.
How long does a performance last?
An immersive exhibition lasts approximately 50 minutes and, with few exceptions, consists of up to three parts.

Am I allowed to take photos or videos in the exhibition?
Yes, photos and videos may be taken without flash or artificial light, provided they are for private use. Commercial use of the recordings is not permitted. For safety reasons, tripods are not allowed. If you share your recordings on social media, we would appreciate a link. Filming the entire exhibition or taking 360° photos is not permitted.
